The hotel boast 2 dining areas their 2AA Rosette a la carte restaurant celebrates a fabulous array of locally sourced meats, vegetables, fresh fish and seafood.
As the seasons change so do the menus, to reflect the wealth of local produce for which North Yorkshire area is renowned.
They also have a less formal bistro which serves lighter all day dining options along with afternoon teas. The Hotel can also cater for weddings and private events.
They are currently looking for an enthusiastic Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef to join their kitchen team and ensure the restaurant is running to an extremely high standard as they continue to push for further awards and accolades.
As Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef you will:
- Be responsible for working on all sections of the kitchen as required
- Be responsible for running your own section
- Ensure self-organisation and that all mise en place is completed prior to service
- Be passionate, talented and hardworking
- Have the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained throughout
