The Restaurant has an elegant fine dining restaurant along with a cosy private dining room for more intimate dining and a chefs table.
The Michelin starred Head Chef and his talented team create an innovative modern British menu, put together using only the finest ingredients to create unique and tantalising dishes.
As Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie you will:
- Have your NVQs or have at least 12 months’ experience in a high standard professional kitchen
- Be expected to work on different sections supporting senior chefs and you should have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Be given further and ongoing training to develop your skills as a chef and help you become the best chef you can be
