A Roving Head Chef is required in Cheshire and Greater Manchester for this lovely group of gastro pubs.

The group is comprised of a collection of food led pubs and their properties offer classic British cuisine using fresh food, with everything prepared from scratch on site.

You will have a background in fresh food kitchens and have a passion for fresh produce.

As Roving Head Chef you will:

• Work at different sites within the group, moving around as required and running the kitchens
• Support the food process within the company
• Be innovative and committed with a passion for excellent food, ingredients and service
• Be required to maintain high quality and consistency with a professional “can do” attitude
• Have a background working within fresh food establishments
