A Revenue Manager is required in Manchester for this luxury aparthotel set in the vibrant and bustling city centre of Manchester.
The site has over 100 luxury apartments available for hire or rental, and attract a wide array of clientele, including high profile individuals staying in the city or locals hiring for groups.
The site also has an a la carte restaurant for guests or walk-in diners.
They are looking for a Revenue Manager with strong sales and finance experience in a similar environment to join the company.
As Revenue Manager you will:
- Lead the overall revenue strategy to ensure targets are reached
- Provide daily, weekly & quarterly analysis of ‘business on the books’, budget variance and forecasting
- Work closely with the Reservations teams to manage central reservations best practice
- Lead the annual budgeting process using market intelligence platforms to inform decisions and trends
- Create strategies to improve channel mix management and deliver growth in higher profitable customers and segments
- Agree and set minimum rate targets by product type and customer
- Devise promotional strategy and objectives for each room type
- Coordinate the set-up of new revenue streams and change initiatives
- Lead forecast meetings, business reviews and updates for all topics related to revenue growth plans
You will have strong, effective communication with reservations, sales and the front office team and have the ability to produce weekly, monthly and annual forecasts.
