A Restaurant Supervisor is required for this stunning country house hotel located in a beautiful area close to Blackburn in Lancashire.

This delightful hotel has an award-winning restaurant, beautifully designed luxury bedrooms and hosts all kinds of functions and weddings.

As well as all this on offer, the hotel is home to beautiful and luxury spa facilities, perfect for guests to come and pamper themselves within scenic surroundings.

They are looking for a talented Restaurant Supervisor who has experience of working within high standard restaurants and who is looking to work in a high level, friendly hotel.

The hotel has many original features giving it a cosy, old-world feel. The hotel has 50 bedrooms of which all have been furnished to the highest level and are traditionally designed.

As Restaurant Supervisor you will:

  • Report to the Restaurant Manager
  • Be responsible for assisting them in the smooth running of the establishment
  • Be responsible for staff supervision along with ordering and stock control
  • Have a friendly yet professional persona and you must have previous experience of working with an establishment of a similar high standard
  • Be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team.
