There are 40 lavish and luxurious, individually designed bedrooms that exude class and charm and the whole hotel is beautifully designed from the entrance, to the restaurant right through to every inch of their fantastic deluxe bedrooms.
They are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to take the helm of this fantastic restaurant to ensure it is running to the standard expected in this high-level establishment.
The Restaurant serves up to 50 covers per service and the menu is put together using clean flavours to produce an elegant a la carte menu put together using the finest ingredients sourced locally to ensure the fullest flavours.
As Restaurant Director you will:
- Be responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant
- Have a friendly yet professional persona
- Ideally have experience of working with an establishment of a similar standard
- Be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through your team
- Have to have a passion for food
- Have lots of flair and be able to deal with day to day issues, regarding front of house and back of house operations
- Have a passion to help drive the business forward from the forefront
