RECEPTION MANAGER – GLOUCESTERSHIRE
Reception Manager needed in this fantastic area of the Cotswold’s for this lovely hotel.
This is a stunning redeveloped coaching Inn and 4 star hotel boasting luxury bedrooms and an A La Carte Restaurant. The Hotel is set within a fantastic location in the heart of the busy village.
They are looking for a Reception Manager who is professional, friendly and welcoming and somebody who has experience in Management and somebody who is a strong leader.
The ideal candidate must:-
·Have a friendly and outgoing personality.
·Have had hotel reception & management experience.
·Be a great communicator in person and in correspondence.
·Possess an excellent command of verbal and written English.
·Have the ability to think on their feet & show initiative.
The job role:-
·Undertake front of house duties, including check in & out, managing guest enquiries, taking & processing reservations.
·Undertake general office duties including filing, correspondence and emails.
·Work closely with the General Manager to enhance sales & revenue through training and develop ideas for sales.
·Have an understanding of revenue management
·Have a hands-on approach to all aspects and departments of the hotel when needed
·Write rotas, and manage holidays. Work to a wage budget, look after their own recruitment
·Be capable with cash handling & ensuring takings are correct.
The salary depending on experience and would suit a candidate looking to progress and develop within the hospitality industry.
