Set in a picturesque area close to the city of Bristol, the restaurant is beautifully designed, and offers a relaxing environment for guests to enjoy as they dine on excellent modern British cuisine from mouth-watering a la carte and tasting menus.
The Head Chef has an excellent background and is committed to using only the finest local produce including produce foraged by the chefs themselves.
He leads a talented brigade within a high-spec kitchen and is also committed to providing chefs with fantastic training.
They are currently looking for a Pastry Commis Chef who passionate about cooking and wants to progress within a high-level kitchen
As Pastry Commis Chef you will:
- Have the drive and determination to develop your skills within a talented brigade
- Produce a whole array of desserts and pastries including petit fours, brulees, sorbets, several types of breads and homemade ice creams
- Assist the Pastry Chefs with producing all manner of pastries and desserts and have an elegant and clean style to produce intricate and exquisite desserts
- Receive further training to ensure you can produce this level of cuisine
