Pastry Chef required for this highly acclaimed luxury hotel situated in East Sussex. The Hotel offers stunning views and boasts an enviable working environment.
As Pastry Chef, you will have good experience creating all manner of desserts from fresh; including ice cream, sorbets, cakes and pastries, and be able to think on your feet in a busy kitchen. You will have a high-level background and be looking to join a kitchen where you will be responsible for running the pastry section.
Ideally you will have a luxury hotel / rosette background
You will be an enthusiastic and ambitious candidate who is passionate about pastry and be looking to join a friendly kitchen brigade where there is lots of opportunity to progress further.
