An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pastry Chef to join this luxury hotel on the west coast of Scotland that is set to open a brand new restaurant.
Located in a beautiful area of Scotland, the restaurant already has a Head Chef on board whose has extensive experience in Michelin Star kitchens, so you will be working in a dynamic environment and able to learn from the best.
The kitchen is brand new, so all equipment is of the highest spec and you will also have access to the kitchen garden, meaning you will be working with exceptional, fresh and seasonal produce.
The restaurant can serve up to 40 covers within the fine dining restaurant with sumptuous a la carte and tasting menus focusing on local high-end produce.
The role would suit a Pastry Chef de Partie from a similar background, minimum 3AA Rosettes, or a more senior pastry chef from a 2AA Rosette establishment.
As Pastry Chef you will:
- Be working on the Pastry section of the kitchen preparing all manner of pastries, desserts, breads and ice creams
- Be passionate, talented and hardworking and have the drive and determination to develop your skills within a fantastic kitchen
- Have a high-level background – preferably to at least a 3AA Rosette standard – and be committed to working to high standards
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative Pastry Chef de Partie to work within a fantastic kitchen.
