They are currently looking for a talented and dedicated Pastry Chef to join their brigade, you must have held a similar role at a high-level establishment, preferably to at least a 2AA Rosette background and be committed to producing the highest level of cuisine.
The Restaurant has an elegant fine dining restaurant along with a cosy private dining room for more intimate dining and a chefs table.
The Michelin starred Head Chef and his talented team create an innovative modern British menu, put together using only the finest ingredients to create unique and tantalising dishes.
They offer an a la carte Menu along with gastronomic taster menus.
The newly built kitchen is a fantastic space, and is a joy to work in, using all the most modern techniques and have the most up to date kitchen equipment.
As Pastry Chef you will have at least a 2AA Rosette background and be looking to challenge yourself by moving into a kitchen where only the highest level of cuisine is served.
You must therefore have the passion and drive required and be creative and focused.
You will work under the multi-talented Head Chef who will offer guidance and training for the right pastry chef.
