Pastry Chef – Michelin Star – Birmingham

A Pastry Chef is required for this Michelin Star Restaurant set in the vibrant and eclectic city of Birmingham.

The restaurant is chic and beautifully decorated, creating an air of luxury for customers to breathe in as they sample the exquisite modern British cuisine available on the gastronomic tasting menus.

All produce is locally sourced and only the finest ingredients and there is private dining available.

The restaurant offers 30 Covers in an elegant setting; providing a courteous and attentive service, excellent cuisine and palate tingling wines to perfectly partner each dish.

They are now looking for a passionate Pastry Chef with a fresh food background to complete the brigade in their multi award winning kitchen.

As Pastry Chef you will:

  • Work under the multi-talented Head Chef who will offer guidance and training for the right pastry chef
  • You will create all manner of desserts and pastries including brulees, tuilles, petit fours, ice cream, several types of bread and all other aspects of pastry
  • Be passionate, talented and hardworking and have the drive and determination to develop your skills within a fantastic kitchen
  • Have a stable background working within kitchens that focus on fresh food
  • Be committed to working to high standards

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate Pastry Chef to work in a kitchen with one to one training from the highest level of chef.
