Set in scenic countryside close to the Scottish coast, you will be part of a talented kitchen team who create modern British and Scottish cuisine using exceptional local ingredients.
The restaurant serves food all day including afternoon teas, and they also cater for weddings and other functions and events.
As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will:
Have good experience creating all manner of desserts from fresh; including ice cream, sorbets, cakes and pastries
Be able to think on your feet in a busy kitchen
Have a high-level background and be looking to join a kitchen where you will be responsible for running the pastry section
Ideally have a luxury hotel / AA Rosette background
You will be an enthusiastic and ambitious candidate who is passionate about pastry and be looking to join a friendly kitchen brigade where there is lots of opportunity to progress further.
