You will need to be a passionate and talented Pastry Chef de Partie and have a background in fresh food kitchens.
As Pastry Chef you will:
- Work on the pastry section of the kitchen on a day to day basis
- Be preparing all manner of breads, pastries, desserts and ice creams
- Be carrying out orders, stock rotation and health and hygiene within the pastry area
