Operations Manager – North England – Chic Restaurant – up to 60k

An Operations Manager is required in the north of England for this multi-award-winning restaurant group that has garnered a high profile in the years since opening.

The restaurants group has received excellent reviews along with many awards and is looking for an Operations Manager to help maintain their strong reputation in the north of England.

Across all sites, their produce is sourced from the best suppliers and put together to create a rustic menu where everything is made completely from scratch within high spec kitchens.

The restaurants typically serve around 120 covers per service and the menus are put together by exceptional head chefs across the board.

They are also known for their ambient cocktail bar area where customers relax before their meal and enjoy drinks and to soak up the contemporary and lavish atmosphere.

They are looking for someone who has multi-site experience and this is a fantastic opportunity for a senior manager who can really hit the ground running.

You will need to be social media savvy and be able to establish procedures in order to help the company sustain their fantastic reputation across the region since their establishment, meaning you will be required to really get to know each of their brilliant sites.

As Operations Manager you will:

  • Have a solid restaurant background working within high level establishments
  • Possess multi-site experience, and experience of running multiple properties
  • Have excellent knowledge of food and wine and be a real people person, able to build up good relationships with regular clientele
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and have a passion for and excellent knowledge of the industry
  • Be a hands-on manager, committed to providing an excellent level of customer service and ensuring your staff do the same
  • Have experience of establishing SOPs be able to put these in to place across the board
  • Be responsible for ensuring a smooth-running operation across multiple sites
