The hotel is looking for a Junior Sous / Sous Chef with a fresh food background and someone who is talented, creative and has a real passion for food.
The hotel has a 50 Cover fine dining restaurant, outside terrace and banqueting for up to 100.
The menu is modern British in design and is put together using fresh local produce reflecting regional flavours that each season produces.
As Junior Sous / Sous Chef you will:
- Be responsible for managing a brigade of 9 Chefs and ensuring all produce is cooked to the highest standard
- Work alongside the multi award chef putting menus together
- Assist in managing the kitchen
- Work with and train the more junior Chefs in the brigade
