This property is also popular with weddings, private functions and conferences due to its beautiful location and picturesque grounds.
They are looking for a Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef with a background in similar properties and who is used to high volume to join the kitchen team and help ensure service runs smoothly.
As Junior Sous / Sous Chef you will:
- Assist the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen
- Work on your own section of the kitchen and support other members of the kitchen whilst also motivating and training them
- Be hard working and dedicated and have at least 4 years’ experience of working within a professional kitchen
