A Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef is required for this delightful hotel located in Berkshire.
The hotel is elegant and sophisticated and boasts gorgeous individually plush bedrooms while also hosting an award winning 2AA Rosette restaurant, as well as weddings and other functions.
Headed by a talented Head Chef, the hotel is looking for a Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef to work within the fine dining restaurant which offers a modern British a la carte menu where you will find local produce blended into exciting and innovative dishes.
As Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef you will:
- -Have a solid and high-quality background within high level kitchens and be looking for a role within a kitchen where there is further opportunity to progress
- -Be working across all sections as required
- -Liaise closely with the Sous Chef and provide a link to the other chefs in the brigade, ensuring everyone is working to an exceptional standard at all times, supporting those who need it
- -Be expected to have good creative flair and a real passion for your work and you will be working within an experienced and very busy brigade
