An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join this luxury hotel with an award winning 3AA Rosettes restaurant as well as a stylish bar and lounge area.
Located in a beautiful area of Scotland, this hotel provides facilities for meetings, conferences and other events.
The restaurant can serve up to 60 covers within the fine dining restaurant with sumptuous a la carte and tasting menus focusing on local high-end produce.
As Junior Sous Chef you will:
- Ideally already have good experience in a high-quality kitchen
- Be flexible to work on all sections as required and have the ability to train junior chefs on each section
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef and deputise for senior Chefs when required
- Have good kitchen management skills and be committed to providing a high level of cuisine and service at all times
