The kitchen team create elegant dishes and are dedicated to using only the best produce on offer within the region.
They offer an a la carte menu brimming with mouth-watering dishes, and also offer a delectable tasting menu as well as an extensive wine list providing the perfect accompaniment for any dish.

As Sommelier you will:
- Have a friendly yet professional persona
- Have previous experience of working with an establishment of a similar standard
- Be responsible for assisting in the development of the wine service in the whole restaurant
- Be offering a full wine service to guests
- Have a thorough knowledge of all menu and wine list offerings
- Have the ability to advise each guest on certain wines and offer food and wine combinations
