As Head Waiter / Head Waitress you will:
- Have held a similar position in a high-level establishment with at least 2AA Rosettes and be looking to continue your career within a high-level restaurant.
- Be overseeing the running of the restaurant ensuring all members of staff are working to the high standards expected from this establishment
- Also be looking after each customer and ensuring they have the ultimate dining experience by offering an impeccable, friendly, and professional service within the restaurant
- Make sure all tables receive the 5 Star Service which is expected of this restaurant.
This is a hands-on role where everybody pulls together as a team and it is a dedicated and hardworking team.
