Head Pastry Chef is required in Cumbria for this stunning luxury Hotel located in the heart of the gorgeous Lake District countryside.
The Hotel has a spa and stylish bar and lounge area, a 2AA Rosette Restaurant and provides wonderful, panoramic views of the surrounding scenery.
They are looking for a Head Pastry Chef to work in the kitchen for their award-winning restaurant which is cosy and homely with a real country feel; from the rustic interior, right down to the fabulous A la Carte menu, which provides locally sourced produce delicately presented and as delicious as it is elegant.
As Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for running the pastry section and you will produce all manner of pastries and desserts and have an elegant and clean style to produce intricate and exquisite desserts.
You will manage a team of Pastry Chefs and will be responsible for ensuring standards are maintained whilst training and motivating junior members of your team.
