HEAD CHEF – Rosette Awarded Restaurant – Jersey
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Chef to join this luxury hotel with an award winning 3AA Rosettes restaurant as well as a stylish bar and lounge area.
The hotel is located in beautiful surroundings and provides a taste of luxury for guests from the beautifully appointed bedrooms through to the bar and lounge areas and of course the award-winning fine dining restaurant.
Located on the beautiful island of Jersey, this hotel provides facilities for meetings, conferences and other events.
The Restaurant is fine dining with a new concept in the pipeline and they are looking for a passionate Chef to join the team and work alongside the Executive Head Chef.
As Head Chef you will:
- Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and you will be managing and motivating a professional brigade, ensuring that ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team
- Have solid man management and kitchen management skills are essential along with a stable background
- Be a creative and talented Chef with exceptionally high standards who can lead their team by example and inspire them
- Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of cuisine and the right candidate will ideally be experienced in good fresh food and fine dining kitchens
This is the perfect role for a Sous Chef looking for their next step up and the role offers live in accommodation.
