As exceptional ingredients are abundant in the area, so the a la carte menu is brimming with beautiful classic dishes treated to a modern, elegant twist and have won numerous awards in recognition of this.
The dining area of this renowned inn is traditional and unique in its design, creating a homely atmosphere for guests to enjoy, with exposed brick and an open fireplace.
You will be working closely with the owner in the kitchen cooperating to ensure service runs to the highest standard.
They are looking for a Head Chef with a similar background in fresh food kitchens and someone who shares the owners’ passion for great British cuisine and the finest local ingredients and someone who will strive for more, as the property is pushing for even more accolades.
As Head Chef you will:
- Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen
- Have solid man management and kitchen management skills are essential along with a stable background
- Be a creative and talented Chef with exceptionally high standards who can lead their team by example and inspire them
- Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of cuisine and the right candidate will ideally be experienced in good fresh food ideally up to a 2AA Rosette standard
