A Head Chef is required in Manchester for this multi award winning restaurant.
All produce is sourced from the best suppliers and put together to create an eclectic international inspired menu where everything is made completely from scratch from a high spec kitchen.
The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere, with opulent décor and a mood-lit dining area, where guests can enjoy stunning fresh cocktails, before settling into a delicious dinner of small plates.
They serve around 300 covers per service and the menu is put together using the very best of seasonal produce.
You will work closely with the Executive Head Chef on menu creation, being able to provide creative input on development.

As Head Chef you will:
- Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen
- Manage a talented brigade of up to 20 chefs
- Be managing and motivating a professional brigade
- Ensure that ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team
- Possess excellent man management and kitchen management skills
- Be a creative and talented chef who can lead their team by example and inspire them
