An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Chef to join this luxury hotel with an award winning 3AA Rosettes restaurant as well as a stylish bar and lounge area.
The hotel is located in beautiful surroundings and provides a taste of luxury for guests from the beautifully appointed bedrooms through to the bar and lounge areas and of course the award-winning fine dining restaurant.
Located in a beautiful area of Scotland, the hotel is available for exclusive use for private events and functions, meaning the restaurant will not run alongside events when these are on.
The restaurant can serve up to 50 covers within the fine dining restaurant with sumptuous a la carte and tasting menus focusing on local high-end produce.
They are looking for a Head Chef with a minimum 3AA Rosette background and someone with experience in 5 Star hotels.
The role would also suit a Sous or Senior Sous Chef looking for their first step up into a Head Chef role.
As Head Chef you will:
- Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and you will be managing and motivating a professional brigade, ensuring that ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team
- Have solid man management and kitchen management skills are essential along with a stable background
- Be a creative and talented Chef with exceptionally high standards who can lead their team by example and inspire them
- Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of cuisine
