HEAD CHEF – PEMBROKESHIRE – 2AA Rosettes
A Head Chef is required for this charming Georgian style hotel located in the centre of a beautiful town on the Pembrokeshire coastline.
They are looking for a Head Chef with a Rosette background who will be excited by the opportunity of having such fabulous local produce right on their doorstep in order to create a sustainable menu offering delicious dishes with sumptuous flavours from championed foraged ingredients.
The restaurant seats around 50 covers per service and has a rustic and cosy style with open fires and natural stone. It has a relaxed feel where diners can enjoy the atmosphere of a warm and friendly, professional, informal service and be able to enjoy the food and drinks and ambience on offer. The hotel also caters for intimate weddings and private dining.
As Head Chef you will:
Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen
Be managing and motivating a professional brigade, ensuring that ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team
Have solid man management and kitchen management skills along with a stable background
Be a creative and talented Head Chef with exceptionally high standards who can lead their team by example and inspire them
Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of cuisine
