The hotel is looking for a Head Banqueting Chef / Banqueting Sous Chef with previous experience of working in a high-quality establishment.

This luxury establishment is home to an elegant and lavish award-winning fine dining restaurant, as well excellent facilities for all manner of events including weddings, conferences and banqueting.

They are looking for a talented Head Banqueting Chef / Banqueting Sous Chef who has a background working with fresh produce and high volume, and someone looking for a challenging and exciting role.

As Head Banqueting Chef / Banqueting Sous Chef you will:

  • Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the banqueting kitchen and you will be managing and motivating a professional brigade, ensuring that ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team
  • Have solid man management and kitchen management skills are essential along with a stable background
  • Be a creative and talented Chef with exceptionally high standards who can lead their team by example and inspire them
  • Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of cuisine
