General Manager – Leicestershire – 40k

General Manager is required in Leicestershire for this stunning country house.

This beautiful property is lavishly decorated and has lots of original features keeping hold of its historic charm.

As well as an award-winning fine dining restaurant which attracts a high profile clientele, it also houses elegant conference and banqueting facilities, cosy bars and lounges and is a firm favourite with weddings due to its worldly allure and stunning surroundings, that come together to create a beautiful and rewarding place to work.

On non-event days, hours are 9 to 5, meaning you will be able to enjoy a better work life balance.

They are looking for a General Manager to lead the team.

As General Manager you will:

  • Have experience in a similar position within a similar standard property or high quality hotel
  • Be fully responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the establishment
  • Ensure your staff are working to exceptionally high standards
  • Have a professional approach with a friendly personality and be standards driven
  • Be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through your team.
