Demi Chef / Chef de Partie required in Surrey for this luxury 4 Star country house hotel.
The hotel is situated within its own picturesque grounds and has an elegant and romantic feel offering 20 individually designed bedrooms along with cosy cottages in the landscaped gardens and has an award winning 2AA Rosettes restaurant.
The current Head Chef has an award-winning background and is looking to push for further accolades within the restaurant.
They are looking for a Demi Chef / Chef de Partie with experience of working within a high level and busy professional kitchen preferably to at least a 1AA Rosette standard and someone who is creative and passionate in their cooking.
As Demi Chef / Chef de Partie you will:
- Have your NVQs or have at least 12 months’ experience in a high standard professional kitchen
- Be expected to work on different sections supporting senior chefs and you should have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Be given further and ongoing training to develop your skills as a chef and help you become the best chef you can be
The highly skilled kitchen brigade serves up to 60 covers per service with a modern British menu with all ingredients sourced within the area from the best local suppliers.
The menu is seasonal and there is also a specials board which changes daily depending on what the suppliers have in fresh on that day so you will gain more knowledge with frequently changing menus
They also cater for functions and weddings for up to 150 covers and also offer private dining.
