They are currently looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.
As Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie you will:
- Have experience of working within a professional kitchen
- Have a genuine passion for food
- Be wanting to move to the best kitchen in order to learn and develop and increase your knowledge to make you into the best chef you can be
As Chef de Partie you will:
- Be expected to work on all sections of the kitchen
- Have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ensure your section is running to the correct standard
- Be responsible for the training and motivation of junior members of the team
- Have solid experience of working in a high-quality kitchen
- Be experienced in running your own section
