Alongside the restaurant, there is a beautiful coffee shop on the property that serves coffees, teas and other soft drinks as well as sandwiches, paninis, pastries and other sweet treats.
Everything is made fresh daily in the hotel by the fantastically talented kitchen staff, before being transported to the shop for display.
They are now looking for a hardworking and customer focused Coffee Shop Manager to run one of this outlet.
As Coffee Shop Manager, you will:
- Be an experienced barista, able to make all manner of coffees and hot drinks
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Maximise sales and minimise costs
- Maintain excellent shop standards
- Ensure adherence to food safety and H&S legislation
