A Chef de Rang / Head Waiter or Head Waitress is required in a beautiful area of Lancashire countryside for this stunning fine dining restaurant.

Set in gorgeous surroundings in a beautiful part of the country, this excellent restaurant is beautifully decorated and modern in design and allows diners to take in the breath-taking scenery as they dine in luxury and indulge in the sumptuous dishes provided by the Michelin Star winning Head Chef.

All produce is locally sourced and only the finest ingredients are used, a large proportion of which are grown on site, meaning they are the freshest available.

They are currently looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Rang / Head Waiter or Head Waitress to join their front of house team and assist in ensuring the restaurant is running to an extremely high standard as they continue to strive to be one of the country’s best restaurants.

As Chef de Rang / Head Waiter or Head Waitress you will:

• Assist in ensuring the restaurant is running to an extremely high standard
• Have a friendly yet professional persona
• Be a strong team player
• Be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team
