The hotel is looking for a Chef de Partie with at least a 2AA Rosette background and someone who is talented, creative and has a real passion for food.
The hotel has a 50 Cover 2AA Rosette fine dining restaurant, outside terrace, banqueting for up to 150 plus private dining.
The menu is modern British in design and is put together using fresh local produce reflecting regional flavours that each season produces.
As Chef de Partie you will:
- Work on all sections of the kitchen as required
- Support senior members of the kitchen brigade
- Be given further and ongoing training to develop your skills as a chef and help you become the best chef you can be
- Be an enthusiastic chef looking for a challenging role where you can develop your knowledge further
