Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef – 3 AA Rosettes – Lancashire
A talented Chef is required for this highly acclaimed fine dining establishment in Lancashire. The property is set within a picturesque village in the Lancashire countryside with Manchester and Liverpool only an hours drive away and boasts an enviable working environment.
As Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef you will be responsible for;
Running and your own section of the kitchen
Supporting junior staff members in the brigade
Preparing mise en place
Maintaining excellent levels of hygiene within the kitchen
You must be hard working and dedicated and have at least 2 years experience of working within a professional, high level kitchen ideally to a Rosette standard. Most importantly you will have a genuine passion for food and wanting to move to the best kitchen in order to lean and develop and increase your knowledge to make you into the best chef you can be, candidates must be able to drive due to the remote location.
