A Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef is required in Devon for this beautiful hotel set in stunning scenery.
The hotel has all the original charm and features of the historic building with open fires, cosy lounges and beautiful views surrounding the property.
They are looking for a passionate and talented individual who has a background in a similar standard kitchen and someone looking for a challenging and exciting role within this excellent kitchen; where you will be able to hone your skills and take your career to the next level.
The Head Chef has an excellent background and is looking to put together a strong team in order to push for multiple AA Rosettes.
As Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef you will:
- Work on all sections of the kitchen as required
- Support senior members of the kitchen brigade
- Be given further and ongoing training to develop your skills as a chef and help you become the best chef you can be
- Be hard working and dedicated and have experience of working within a professional, high level kitchen which is to at least 1AA Rosette standard
