The dynamic Head Chef is incredibly passionate about his trade, and is looking to put his mark on this exciting new concept; making the most of his travels, and drawing influence from across the world.
With the soul of a traditional gastro pub, but the heart and attitude of a modern restaurant, his menus include small plates and use unique ingredients across the board.
They are looking to add a passionate Chef de Partie to their close-knit team, where your creative input as well as your development will be encouraged.
The Head Chef has a background in high-end kitchens so has honed his trade among the very best, and runs his kitchen in a calm manner, nurturing his staff to get the very best out of them.
All of their ingredients are sourced in the local area, and are sourced from the very best suppliers to ensure dishes are brimming with fantastic produce.

As Chef de Partie you will:
- Be responsible for your own section of the kitchen
- Support the senior members of the kitchen whilst also motivating and training junior members of the team
- Be hard working and dedicated
- Have at least 3 years’ experience of working within a professional, high-level kitchen
- Have a genuine passion for food
