As Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager you will:

• Report directly to the Restaurant and Bar Manager
• Have a friendly yet professional persona
• Have experience of working with an establishment of a similar standard
• Be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through your team
• Have a knowledge of, and passion for, food and drink; including cocktails and wines
• Have a passion to help drive the business forward from the front
