As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you will:

• Be uncompromising where standards are concerned
• Be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the department
• Ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the hotel and that expectations of guests and members are exceeded through staff training
• Be responsible for assisting in the day to day management of the Food and Beverage department which will include the daily food and beverage service as well as the regular functions that are held here
