The restaurant serves food all day and sources all of its produce from the local area, making the most of the wonderful larder on its doorstep.
They also cater for weddings and other functions and events and are now looking for an Assistant Bar Manager who shares their passion for friendly, professional service.
As Assistant Bar Manager you will:
- Assist the Bar Manager in managing the bar within this contemporary operation where you will be offering a first-class service
- Have previous experience in a similar role within a high level establishment
- Be required to have a good knowledge of cocktails
- Look after customers and guests within the lounge bar when required
- Be organised, hardworking and have an excellent appearance with a strong focus on guest requirements
