Commis Chef – East Sussex – Luxury Hotel

A Commis Chef is required in a beautiful part of East Sussex for this stunning luxury hotel.
Set in an excellent location, this gorgeous property is set in a charming village and is steeped in history; with a beautiful meeting of old and new.
For this role it is essential that you have either 12 months experience working with fresh food or your qualifications in Catering.

The talented Head Chef and his team create a beautiful modern British menu, put together using only the finest ingredients to celebrate the wonderful seasonality of the local produce.
They are looking for a Commis Chef to join the team, and you will be someone who is passionate and eager to learn, and in return you will gain experience in a fantastic professional kitchen.
As Commis Chef you will:
  • Have your NVQ’s in catering or at least 1 year experience of working within a professional kitchen
  • Have a genuine passion for food
  • Want to move to a fantastic kitchen in order to learn and develop your knowledge to make you into the best chef you can be
