An Executive Housekeeper required for this luxury 5 Star hotel located in Berkshire.

The hotel is lavishly designed and has plush individually designed bedrooms and an award-winning fine dining restaurant.

With its large function rooms complete with unique features, the hotel can accommodate for up to 100 guests.

As Executive Housekeeper, you will:

  • Create and promote a culture of training and learning so that your staff consistently meet company standards
  • Monitor performance standards to ensure consistently outstanding experience for guests
  • Be responsible for proactive cleaning management to ensure high standards throughout
  • Oversee implementation and management of stock control processes and procedures to ensure budgets are not exceeded
  • Identify, implement and monitor new standards to enable service excellence
  • Ensure all team members are able to consistently deliver excellent service
  • Carry out checks on rooms and supervise the Housekeeping team
  • Have effective communication within department and deal with any issues in a professional manner
