A Sous Chef is required for this beautiful property with an award-winning restaurant, located in a stunning area of Dorset.

The historic hotel oozes luxury and charm and offers 30 delightful and individually designed bedrooms.

The kitchen is now looking for an experienced Sous Chef to complete their brigade.

As Senior Sous Chef you will:

  • Work closely with the talented Head Chef
  • Be working across all sections as required
  • Provide a link to the other chefs in the brigade, ensuring everyone is working to an exceptional standard at all times, supporting those who need it
  • Have good creative flair and a real passion for your work
  • Be working within an experienced and very busy brigade
